What you buy. Days on a Nox VPN account. Regular plans use Ashburn, Chicago, Dallas, and Germany. Crew is one location you pick.

When it starts. Days start when we add them on the panel, not when you first connect.

Refunds. No refund after the account has days and a file. If we never added the days, message Discord and we fix it.

Accounts. One person per login unless you bought crew. Do not resell the file. Sharing can get the file cut.

Use. Encrypted access to our boxes. We can suspend a login if it is hammering a box or sharing the slot.

Uptime. We watch the cities and post status. Boxes can have a bad night. That is not a refund by itself — switch city or wait it out.

Support. Discord only. We do not do phone or ticket email.

Law. You are responsible for how you use the connection. Do not use Nox to break the law.
